My name is Manny Garza, and I help CEOs and business owners pursue sustained growth.

As a management consultant since 2012, I’ve spent the last seven years honing in on what it takes to build teams of leaders that grow the company. I’ve worked with smaller companies that have grown from $6M to $14M in revenue and larger companies that have grown from $18M to $123M in revenue.

I’ve developed a methodology that uses models and frameworks to create powerful & clear strategies, increase demand in the market and architect thriving cultures.
